Try to eat a rainbow of fruits and vegetables every day as deeply colored fruits and vegetables contain higher concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Add berries to breakfast cereals, eat fruit for dessert, and snack on vegetables such as carrots, snow peas, or cherry tomatoes instead of processed snack foods.

Spend some extra time in the fitness center and start the week off on
the right track. Let's see a goal to make it into the gym 4 days this
week. If you normally workout 4 days a week, then we encourage you to
make those days more intense in terms of resistance exercises or keeping
your heart rate elevated throughout your cardio.

Add an extra 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise into your workout routine today. Make it a goal to complete a total of 3 hours this week of cardio exercise.
